- Una vez la masa esté lisa cortamos en raciones de 20g y estiramos lo más finos posibles.


- En un lateral añadimos una cucharada del relleno y enrollamos cual burrito.



- En una sarten con bien de aceite caliente vamos friendo los rollitos hasta que se doren por todas bandas.



- Retirar y listos para comernoslo, tal cual, ardiendo, como más nos guste.
