  5. Añade medio vasito de vino blanco y sube el fuego al m´áximo, dejando que durante un par de minutos se evapore el alcohol. Añade parte del caldo y la cucharada de salmorreta, dando unas vueltas para que se disuelva bien
  6. Echa los fideos y cúbrelos con el resto del caldo, asegurándote de que quedan bien repartidos por toda la paella. Pon encima los 6 gambones que tenías reservados
  7. Baja a fuego medio (yo puse 4 de 6) y deja que se cocine chup chup con burbujas durante el tiempo que el fabricante de la pasta indique que debe cocer para quedar al dente. En mi caso fueron 6 minutos
  8. Al acabar, apágalo del fuego y, si es vitrocerámica, retíralo para que no se siga cocinando y repose al menos 5 minutos
  9. ¡¡Sírvelo y a disfrutar!!
