- Fondeamos un molde de horno con papel de hornear y volcamos dentro la mezcla. Con una espátula repartimos bien. Podéis decorar con trocitos de naranja.
- Introducimos en el horno precalentado a 180ºC durante una hora. Al final podemos activar el aire si tenemos para que se dore un poquito la superficie. Sacamos y dejamos enfriar.
- Mientras se enfría el pastel, en un cazo ponemos el zumo de dos de las naranjas que teníamos reservadas. Les añadimos 100 gramos de azúcar, 100 de agua y el palito de canela. Ponemos al fuego y dejamos hervir hasta que reduzca un poco (unos cinco minutos).
- Vertemos nuestro sirope de naranja sobre el pastel sin desmoldar y dejamos enfriar totalmente antes de servir.
