  1. Para el relleno
  2. ruedas Calabacín mediano cortado en
  3. ruedas Berenjena mediana corta da en
  4. 2-3 tomates en ruedas
  5. Para la salsa:
  6. 2 dientes ajo
  7. 1 Cebolla mediana picadita
  8. 1 cda Pimentón o morrón rojo picadito
  9. 1 cda Cebollín o cebolla de verdeo picada
  10. 1 cda ajoporro o puerro
  11. 1 tomate o pasta de tomate
  12. 1 hoja laurel
  13. Orégano, Romero, mejorana, albahaca, salvia, tomillo y ajo en polvo
  14. Ajo en polvo
  15. 1 cdta Vinagre de manzana

Steps to make to make Ratatouille

  1. Primero sofríe el ajo y la cebolla, con cuidado de que no se queme.
    Cuando esté transparente se agregan las otros ingredientes menos el laurel.
  2. Cuando estén todos los ingredientes cocinados, se pasan a la licuadora con un poco de agua y se licuan.
  3. Se pone el licuado en la olla o sartén y se le agrega la mezcla de hierbas francesas, el ajo en polvo, el laurel y sal al gusto
  4. Por último se le agrega una cucharadita de vinagre de manzana.
    Cuando espese la salsa, se coloca en una bandeja para hornear.  Y encima de la salsa se coloca el calabacín y berenjena y el tomate de manera alterna
  5. Tapamos con papel de aluminio y al horno a 180° aproximadamente de 20 a 30 minutos. Luego retiramos el papel de aluminio y de la misma salsa del plato  agarramos con cuidado y le ponemos encima a las berenjenas y calabacín y tomate, rociamos con un poquito de aceite de oliva y un poquito de perejil.  Al horno nuevamente con el grill encendido y lo dejamos hasta que se dore.  Listo!!!
