  3. Colorante alimentario
  4. Cerveza
  5. Harina de repostería

  1. Cortaremos el calamar en aros no muy gordos.
  2. Cuando lo tengamos hecho, cogeremos papel de cocina e iremos poniendo uno a uno las anillas en el papel secante, y espolvorearemos de bicarbonato, cómo si echáramos sal. Taparemos con otro papel por encima. Lo doblaremos, lo pondremos envuelto en un trapo de cocina y durante unas horas lo tendremos en la nevera.
  3. Esto lo hacía mi madre para que luego, no saltara tanto, a la hora de freírlos.
  4. Para hacer la masa, cogeremos un plato, pondremos cómo 3 cucharadas aproximadamente llenas de harina. Eso irá un poco a ojo, porque dependerá de lo grande que sea el calamar.
  5. Pondremos junto con la harina, la sal, un poquito de colorante alimentario, y poco a poco iremos añadiendo la cerveza.
  6. La textura tiene que quedar espesa, que cuando tú pongas el calamar se impregne el rebozado y le quede la masa.
  7. Es muy importante que la cerveza que pongamos esté fría, para hacer el rebozado. El resto de cerveza que os sobre no hace falta que os diga lo que hacer🍻
  8. Cuando ya tengamos el rebozado introduciremos los calamares, los rebozaremos bien y a continuación los freiremos en una sartén con abundante aceite
  9. Los pasaremos a un plato con papel secante para que absorba el aceite sobrante.
  10. Y listo.... Tendréis unos maravillosos calamares al estilo de la Obdulia.😍
