  5. Se horneará unos 20 minutos a 170 ◦ con horno arriba y abajo y otros 10 minutos solo abajo.
  6. Sacamos la tarta del horno y la dejamos enfriar.
  7. Por último, se montarán a punto de merengue las dos claras que habíamos reservado más otras 2, en total cuatro claras, echándoles azúcar y con ello cubrimos la tarta haciendo picos, le pasamos el soplete o lo ponemos unos segundos con el grill del horno fuerte.
