- Se pone a cocinar el pollo previamente lavado, una vez cocinado preferiblemente desechamos el agua que usamos (lo hago porque al pollo muchas veces lo marinan para que se conserve, entonces hirviéndolo sacamos todos esos químicos).
- Cortamos la media cebolla en cuadritos, y el tomate. Si tenemos ajo molido lo tenemos listo o si no picamos un ajo.
- Se agregan las 2 o 3 cucharadas de aceite a la olla cuando ya hemos sacado toda la agua en la que hervimos el pollo y se sofríe un poco el pollo a fuego lento. Luego agregamos la cebolla, tomate y ajo y revolvemos por un minuto aproximadamente que doren un poco.
- Pelamos las papas. Luego cortamos las papas negras en rodajas y las papas amarillas en cuadritos (Es para un mejor sabor y que espese mejor). Pelamos el plátano o los dos plátanos amarillos en rodajas medianitas (no muy pequeñas porque se deshacen ni muy grandes) y los agregamos a la olla.
- Le agregamos agua a la olla que tape todo lo que le hemos agregado y un poco más. Y le agregamos la sal, el comino, tomillo y cilantro.
- Ponemos a cocinar todo a fuego 🔥 medio o a un poco menos, vamos revolviendo y probando (si le falta un poco de sal le agregamos un poquito o si nos gusta dejamos que siga cocinando)
- Apagamos el fuego cuando ya esté en el punto que queramos (yo preferiblemente lo dejé que espesara mucho porque así me gusta más).
- Por último servimos y acompañamos con arroz preferiblemente y lo que más nos guste, y disfrutamos. 😋
