  3. Preparamos una bandeja de horno y ponemos encima un papel de horno con un chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen extra. Colocamos la masa y con cuidado las partimos por la bandeja del horno a lo largo, de forma que quede una masa más o menos rectangular. Ponemos un poquito de harina por encima y con la yema de los dedos vamos haciendo como unos huequecitos, tal y como se ve en la tercera foto.
  4. Lavamos bien los tomates Cherry Y los partimos por la mitad. Cogemos las aceitunas negras y las partimos también por la mitad.
  5. Ahora por encima de la masa colocamos las aceitunas, el tomate, un buen chorro de aceite de oliva virgen extra y un buen puñado de sal gorda. Lo último de todo será añadirle el romero, que en este caso no lo tenía fresco y lo tuve que poner del seco, pero está riquísimo igualmente!
  6. Horneamos durante 12 minutos a 220° con calor arriba y abajo. ¡Ya lo tenemos! Buenísimaaa ☺️
