- 2 dientes ajos picados en cubos pequeños
- 2 cebollines solo la parte blanca
- 150 gr queso cabra
- 50 gr pasas rubias
- 1 huevo grande

- 200 gr mantequilla derretida
- Aceite de oliva
- Sal y pimienta negra

- Lo primero que hacemos es el sofrito, picamos bien pequeños el cebollín y el ajo, y sofreímos com aceite maravilla, añadimos un poco de sal para hacerlo sudar ya pochado, añadimos la acelga picada y lavada, y revolvemos de vez en cuando y empieza a reducir



- Ya reducido, colamos para botar el exceso de agua de las espinacas, por mientras dejamos enfriar, en una olla pequeña deretimos la mantequilla y dejamos enfriar para pincelar, ya fría las espinacas, añadimos el huevo, las pasas el queso feta y el eneldo y revolvemos bien



- Ya listo nuestro pino para nuestra pastel griego, dejamos 2 hojas de masa philo, y pincelamos con la mantequilla derretida, colocamos en un costado el pino



- Y empezamos a enrollar apretando bien, ya listo con cuidado vamos enrollando que quede bien enrollado con las 4 que faltan el mismo procedimiento



- Ya terminado colocamos a calentar en horno a 180 grados, y en la lata pasamos una pincelada, y colocamos papel mantequilla, y dejamos envuelto apretando bien ya enrollado pincelamos con mantequilla todo su contorno por afuera y por las orillas, espolvoreando sésamo negro y tostado y llevamos a horno por 30 a 40 minutos ya dorado retiramos



- Y pasamos a una tabla cortar, quedó exquisito su sabor su textura muy suave.
