- Caliento una taza de leche y agrego en esta el azúcar. Con la leche caliente será más fácil deshacer bien el azúcar. Si te gusta más dulce, puedes añadir más azúcar.
- Agrego el resto de la leche y la vainilla y mezclo.
- En otro bol bato lo levemente los huevos hasta que estén bien integrados y los agrego a la leche. Mezclo bien y coloco en el molde donde está el caramelo


- Llevo a horno fuerte a baño María por unos 45 minutos aproximadamente.
- Esperar a que esté bien frío para comer y se puede acompañar de dulce de leche y crema o también solito.
