- Preparar todos los ingredientes. Lavar y cortar los vegetales. Como anteriormente mencionamos. Preparar el pesto con: albahaca, Romero, orégano, menta, perejil, aceite de oliva, almendras y castaña de cajú, todo picado muy fino, (salpimentar)se puede morterear pero preferible tener algunos "tropezones" al comerlo😉😊 cortar y reservar los hongos portobello.



- Poner en una olla agua, sal (y acompañe con una ramita de orégano fresco para dar sabor), cuando hierve... colocar los fideos, me llevó unos 14 minutos aprox.

- En el woock colocamos un trocito de manteca y aceite de oliva, cuando está caliente el aceite sofreímos la cebolla, un diente de ajo, una rama de Romero picada fina. Cuando está transparente agregamos los hongos, sin mover mucho los doramos ligeramente, les damos vuelta salpimentamos y reservamos. Apagamos el fuego.



- Agregamos un poco del pesto, prendemos el fuego a media temperatura y agregamos los fideos ya cocidos. Mezclamos con cuidado y agregamos todo el pesto restante. Calentamos durante unos 4 minutos. Dejamos reposar unos 3 minutos.
