  5. Sube el fuego al máximo y cuando comience a hervir, baja el fuego al mínimo, tapa la olla (opcional) y déjalo cocinar chup chup 30 minutos
  6. Sírvelo caliente con un poco de cilantro fresco por encima, 1-2 cucharadas de yogur natural sin azúcar y/o arroz basmati
