  7. En el horno ya precalentado, colocar una bandeja con agua para generar vapor.
  8. Pasados los 15 minutos del segundo levado, hornear a 190/200° hasta que estén dorados. Asegurarse de mantener suficiente agua para que haya vapor durante todo el horneado. Si se debe reponer hacerlo con agua caliente. Dejar enfriar sobre una rejilla y a disfrutar!!
