- Vamos revolviendo y a medida que se va cocinando va espesando.


- Una vez cocinado y habiendo llegado a la consistencia deseada lo que hago con una batidora de mano ya estando la cocina apagada bato el puré para que me quede más esponjoso claro como repito es opcional allí ustedes pueden comprobar la sazón yo solamente he utilizado sal.


- Luego lo servimos acompañado de arroz y de un bisteck que hoy lo he hecho estilo a la parrilla es decir con muy poco aceite.
