- Pelar los tomates y picarlos. Agregar los tomates y cocinar hasta reducir un poco el líquido. Aquí probamos si necesita sal, pimienta y si está ácido agregamos una cucharadita de miel.



- Agregar las lentejas cocidas y cocinar unos minutos más. Salvo que no tiene el chorizo colorado, no notan diferencia con otro guiso!!
