  1. Primero vamos a hervir las lentejas. Hasta que estén bien cocidas. Luego las hacemos puré. (A mí no me quedó tan puré pero algo quedó) 🤭🤦‍♀️)
  2. Ahora vamos a picar la Cebolla, Morrón y rallamos la Zanahoria bien pequeña. (Yo usé la parte de rallar fina ya que la gruesa iba a quedar muy bruta je) y la sofreímos un poco.
  3. Se la agregamos al puré de lentejas y mezclamos bien. Ponemos una pizca de sal y yo usé nuez moscada. Luego le agregamos el huevo y mezclamos bien. (En caso que quede muy muy blanda la mezcla le ponemos un poco de pan rallado dentro así podemos moldearla)
  4. Vamos a ir tomando bolitas y pasamos por pan rallado y directo al sartén o al horno (se puede hacer de ambas maneras, yo hice fritas por más rápido) y aparte tuve que hacer el pan rallado en el momento porque no tenía 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤭🤭 pero quedo buenísimo...
  5. Una vez listas las dejamos escurrir en papel para quitar todo el aceite....
  6. Quedaron prontas 😋😋😋🤗🤗🤗
